These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version available on our website at the time you place your order.

  1. Products

We sell books, gifts, and related products. We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Small differences in colour, size, or appearance may occur depending on screen settings or product availability.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a replacement, later delivery, or refund.

  1. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs, if any, are shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typing errors.

  1. Orders and Payment

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered on our website. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received or if there is a clear error in the order or price.

  1. Delivery

We will process and ship orders as soon as reasonably possible. Estimated delivery times are shown on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

  1. Returns and Refunds

After we receive the returned item, or after you provide proof that the item has been sent back, we will refund the amount due within the legal period.

For a full cancellation of an order, we refund the product price and the standard original delivery cost. Extra costs for premium or express delivery are not refunded.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may reduce the refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  1. Items Excluded from Return

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Personalised or custom-made products
Digital downloads or e-books once access or download has started, if you agreed to lose the right of withdrawal
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed
Products damaged by the customer after delivery

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, repair, or refund. In such cases, reasonable return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.

  1. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty required under Dutch and EU consumer law. This means that a product must be as described and must do what the customer may reasonably expect from it.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery by the customer.

You agree to provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the website, or misuse the checkout or payment system.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruptions, supplier delays, strikes, technical failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
