Shipping & Returns

Delivery:

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by installments.

Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by installments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable.

Failure by the Customer to pay for any installment or delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery or make arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

We will not take responsibility for refunds in the case of an incomplete/incorrect address, or for failure to be present at the time of delivery. It is the customer’s prerogative to supply us with correct details, and ensure that they are present to collect and/or sign for their goods upon arrival.

Events beyond our resonable control:

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Our 14-day returns guarantee.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
